I work with individuals choosing to address trauma, depression, anxiety, relational and other interactional concerns that limit life and negatively impact its quality. We explore those concerns from different perspectives to understand them on a deeper level. Growth and change require a willingness to get curious about long held unconscious beliefs and somatic patterns. Healing is an invitation.
At the root of many mental health struggles and symptoms lie embedded memories and experiences that have become stuck in time, causing us to act out old patterns and be less available for the present moment and all of its possibilities. I offer EMDR and Ketamine-assisted therapy, which can help move this stuck energy and open new insights and possibilities.

My name is Zia Sichi, and I have the honor to be a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a student, and a life-long learner of the mystery of what it means to be a human being on this planet. I’m also a licensed psychologist and Vision Coach with a passion for helping others break through barriers to create the authentic life they desire, in which they can truly experience the love, joy and freedom that is our birthright.
Traditional therapy including mind-body therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I bill insurance or private pay for clients who live in Oregon.
Ketamine-assisted therapy (KAP). I bill insurance or private pay for preparation and integration sessions for clients who live in Oregon. Dosing sessions are not billable to insurance. I partner with Journey Clinical who provide psychiatric intake and ongoing management and prescribes Ketamine by mail. Prep, integration and dosing sessions can take place via video or in my office.
Vision Coaching offerings include:
Transformational life coaching for people who are going through transition, wanting to understand their purpose more deeply, or are making a change in their lives. No geographical limitations, I provide video or in person packages of 4 or twelve sessions for people living anywhere in the world.
Integration coaching packages of 4 or 12 sessions to support the integration and positive change desired from past or current psychedelic journeys.
One time 90 minute sessions of Embodied Imagination (EI) for integration of dreams or psychedelic experiences. EI is an integration tool developed from indigenous shamanic understandings, depth psychology and dreamwork techniques.
