Aubree Payne

Aubree completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Utah State University and earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah in 2018. Since The Lotus Center’s opening in 2016, Aubree has been a dedicated member of the team. As the lead therapist for the Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) program at The Lotus Center, Aubree is passionate about guiding clients through transformative experiences. She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and specializes in helping individuals process and heal from trauma, using both traditional and innovative approaches like KAP to support clients in overcoming stuck points and achieving meaningful growth. In her free time, Aubree enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, and practicing mindfulness. She also finds joy in working with plants and believes that nature and plant therapy are essential to healing.
