Hello, my name is Stephanie and I am grateful to have been working in the field of health and human services for 24 years. I am humbled to provide clinical counselling services to youth, adults, couples, and families. In my interactions I strive to meet people where they are at while centring safety, collaboration, trauma informed practice, cultural humility, compassion. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Masters in Counselling Psychology and a PhD with a specialization in the field of substance use and addiction. I am a professor at a post- secondary university and teach in the areas of substance use, counselling, and mental health.
I support in areas of mental health (anxiety, depression), life transitions, parenting, psychedelic integration therapy. I specialize in addiction and supporting people in relationship with alcohol and other drugs.
