Hello, I’m Nicole. I’m here to be present alongside you on your journey to know and become your true self, to find peace with your past, present, and future. My unique mindfulness-based practice is centered in compassion and inclusion, drawing from multicultural experiences around the globe. I hold two Master’s degrees and a Doctorate, and am a Licensed Professional Counselor, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.
I specialize in a wide range of areas including ADHD , autism spectrum support, depression, eating disorders, family relationships, grief/bereavement, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, multicultural/diversity issues, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), stress, trauma, anxiety, spirituality, gender identity, and natural medicine integration. Additionally, I offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions.
My approach is rooted in polyvagal theory and somatic healing, and I have a passion for community resilience and reconciliation. I guide my clients towards radical self-love by integrating healing into their daily lives. Whether you’re dealing with mindful eating and nutrition, religious trauma, sexuality, or sexual identity, I’m here to help you navigate these challenges with empathy and understanding.
Outside of my professional life, I value mindfulness and the power of being present. These values are reflected in my therapeutic practice, where I strive to create a safe and inclusive space for all my clients. I believe in the importance of compassion and the strength that comes from embracing our diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Let’s embark on this journey together. Schedule an introductory conversation with me now to discover how we can collaborate on integrating healing into your daily life.
Creative Recovery Process, an addiction/trauma recovery process, incorporating mindfulness practices, art, movement, nutrition and relationship skill training to facilitate a holistic recovery for/rediscovery of the whole person. Materials include a year-long daily calendar of centering meditations and prompts to augment and support effective, healthy wholeness. Concurrently, we’re creating a Community/youth center (recording studio, graffiti workshop, coffee bar w/job skills training, etc.), partnering with a local non-profit to address the bourgeoning homeless reality, and with local title 1 elementary schools to provide resources and support programs already in place and working.
I also have a podcast focusing on Mindfulness in everyday activities (eating, in traffic, etc).
