Our work will be rooted in safety, mutual respect, and co-creation. I believe therapy should be a space where you can advocate for your needs, explore new ways of being, and form a deeper connection with yourself. I also offer support for integrating psychedelic experiences—including ketamine and cannabis—through a lens of harm reduction and nonjudgment.
I offer trauma-informed, collaborative psychotherapy grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for your unique process. Healing is non-linear, and I’m here to support you at your own pace. Together, we’ll work to gently uncover your innate capacity for wisdom, resilience, and joy. My approach is highly personalized and may include somatic work, breath work, mindfulness, attachment therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and support with psychedelic harm reduction and integration. I enjoy working with teens and adults, including neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQIA+ folks, and women, non-binary, and gender fluid people. Clients often come to me navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, sexuality, personality disorders, and life or relationship transitions.
