I am a curious person, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know people, and develop an understanding of the world they are living in. My training begins with a bio-psycho-social picture of who an individual is, and I work to further illuminate the complexities they, and all of us contain. Accompanying clients on their journey within feels meaningful, and to be trusted as a helper is rewarding.
It is with great pleasure that I have practiced with individuals of all ages for the last 25 years. I enjoy building trust in the therapeutic relationship-even with those who are resistant or not sure if therapy is for them. Accompanying individuals on their journey to self-discovery and witnessing their transformation is an enormous privilege of my job. People come to therapy looking to "fix" things. We forget that often we contain the solution to our problems, but that the solutions are buried under the residue of stressful life events, trauma and loss. Psychedelics give us an opportunity to address core wounds effectively, provided they are administered within the protocols required, and with vital support to facilitate the growth and healing process.
