I embrace a three-phase treatment model when working with KAP: preparation, journey/medicine, and integration, and enjoy folding in somatic work and brainspotting into preparation and integration as well as group integration.
In effort to expand accessibility to ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), my KAP fee is consistent with my regular session fee at $125 per clinical hour. I collaborate with Journey Clinical who provides the medical evaluation and supportive services throughout the KAP process. Their cost is as follows:
First Time KAP Patients:
Medical treatment: total cost of initial evaluation, treatment plan, and medication for up to 2 sessions: $338*. May be eligible for partial insurance coverage depending on your plan.
Ongoing KAP Treatment:
Medical treatment: Total cost of 6 additional treatments $298*. May be eligible for partial insurance coverage depending on your plan.
Before I became a therapist, I assumed therapy was all talk. After all, it's mostly how we see it depicted in media—how we hear it suggested to someone who's in crisis or stuck in a pattern: 'Maybe you should talk to someone?' Don't get me wrong, talk is important—it builds connection and reminds us of the transformative power of active listening and being met in our questions. But what about our troubles that live below language? The parts of us that are perhaps oldest and closest. Deeply felt, yet hard to articulate. Experiences like complex trauma, attachment wounds, religious trauma, and grief and loss may need more than talk to heal.
I believe that centering the body in the therapeutic process is essential for healing. This will be unique to your particular nervous system, but I trust that inside of you is a wisdom who knows what you need to heal. Therapy is a collaborative work in which we cultivate your relationship to this wisdom.
I come to the therapeutic relationship humbly rooted in a somatic orientation, primarily through sensorimotor psychotherapy. I also weave in brainspotting, parts work, mindfulness, and spirituality. Additionally, I offer psychedelic-assisted therapy through ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and am in partnership with Journey Clinical. I would be grateful to join you in your healing and growth.
I am currently affiliated with Anchor Up Wellness LLC and under the clinical supervision of Dr. Jaclyn Lewinski (#2478, TN).
