I’m Anthony Vario (he/him), an AEDP-certified integration coach with a background in psychodynamic therapy and years of clinical practice as an MSW. My work centers attunement, emotional safety, and somatic co-regulation—especially for sensitive, high-functioning individuals who aren’t in crisis, but in reckoning.
