Psychotherapist & certified somatic TRE® Provider
Austin TX
Before any tools or techniques, there’s the therapeutic relationship. I believe it’s the foundation for meaningful change—and I truly enjoy getting to know you, witnessing your process, and offering support that honors who you are.
After more than a decade of doing this work, I trust the unfolding of each moment. I never arrive with an agenda. Instead, I show up fully—attuned to your voice, your posture, your body’s cues, your energy, and your story. From that place, we gently explore what vitality, and deep embodiment can feel like for you.
If you’re curious to see how we might work together, a consultation call is the first step. We’ll take the time to feel it out—no pressure, just presence.
I specialize in supporting Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and adults living with complex trauma (C-PTSD), attachment wounding, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and relational patterns like BPD or NPD. My work is rooted in deep respect for the complexity of being human—there is nothing too much, too messy, or too tender to bring into the room.
My approach is personalized, embodied, and non-pathologizing. We might work with TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), inner child healing, IFS/parts work, shadow exploration, dreamwork, or seasonal and somatic practices—all chosen to meet your unique biology, rhythms, and needs. The goal isn’t to “fix” you, but to create space for integration—where grief, joy, fear, and clarity can all belong.
My own healing began with accepting autoimmune illness (T1D) and processing emotional pain that I didn’t yet have words for. That experience now informs the way I hold space: gently, relationally, and with care for the full spectrum of who you are.
If you're seeking a deeper connection with yourself—not to get rid of what you feel, but to understand and honor it—I’d be honored to support you.
