Microdosing for Intimacy Wellness Cohort - Jan 2025

Dates: January 13 - March 7 2025 Weeks 1 & 8: Direct schedule 1:1 prep / integration (2, 1 hr private sessions) Week 2 through 7: Group Fridays 11:30 am - 1:00 pm pacific Meeting dates: 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, 2/28 common areas of focus that may come up in this cohort: *embodied boundaries & intuition *relationship discernment - if and or how to transition in or out of a relationship or to a new chapter *madonna / whore complex & internalized slut shame *inhibitions and disinhibition - becoming a trauma informed lover *prioritizing connected pleasure - shifting values - sacred activism *gender and sexual identity questioning or shifts (this includes asexuality!) *consent culture creation *relational identity and values - from nuclear family to collectivism
